The Selection Process
Selecting a single barrel is both an art and a science. Our team collaborated directly with the master distillers at Garrison Brothers Distillery to taste and evaluate individual barrels, considering depth of flavor, balance, and the distinctive character that defines Texas bourbon. The chosen barrel reflects notes of caramelized sugar, toasted oak, and warm baking spice—resulting in a spirit that captures the craftsmanship of Texas while complementing the rich flavors of our steakhouse cuisine.
